OUR COMMITMENT
Barrios Orquestados achieves the goals of the 2030 Agenda by using music as a tool for social integration.We understand that culture must be seen as an indispensable pillar in building sustainable societies. Barrios Orquestados contributes further to the achievement of the following Sustainable Development Goals: (4) Quality Education, (5) Gender Equality, (10) Reducing Inequalities, (11) Sustainable Cities and Communities and (17) Partnerships to Achieve the Goals.
This project has a great capacity for awareness-raising and extra-musical training and is reflected in the various pieces that the users work on during the course: respect for the environment and the sustainability of the seas, the enrichment derived from cultural diversity, tolerance, social commitment, etc.
It would be impossible to conceive of the scope of the project without considering the value of the partnerships that have been forged along the way, making SDG 17 a fundamental pillar of the strategy.
